By now you have already seen my more "formal" side.  This page is more casual.  Hope you don't mind.

Because I have a "past life" as a businessman, webmaster, marketing and advertising guru, and business coach, before I got into real estate, I am able to help other agents succeed.  Many have asked me to teach, coach, or serve them. They have always been very happy with the results. 

There are several QUESTIONS I am asked fairly often, so I thought I would run through them here.  

Q.)  AREN'T YOU A REALTOR ?

A).  I am a licensed agent.  I have sold many houses, and am VERY GOOD at it.  I also like multiple revenue streams. I ESPECIALLY like waking up to email from Paypal... You know the ones, that say 'YOU'VE GOT CASH! (I sell business plans and FSBO listing kits).

Q.) Another agent asked recently if I was a Realtor, Marketing Coach, Entrepreneur, or Guru.....

My short answer will be REALLY DEEP (if you really know anything about the work of a real estate agent) so don't pass it off too lightly.

Q.) The next Next Question many agents ask is "Can you help me do things like that?"  

A.) My answer is always, "Probably.  It depends on your goals, your level of commitment, and where you are in the process.

For most agents, or small business owners for that matter, I can do web or print graphics, photo editing and layering, design postcards, logos, brands, trademarks, marketing or web copy, press releases, tag lines to fit the personality and target market, or BIG PICTURE stuff like complete identity projects, web development, doorway sites, stealth sites, web page design, custom banners, copy, and/or SEO.

For those who are already pretty darn web Savvy... I imagine that the only thing I could do for you is help you make more money by magnifying your personal best performance, blowing away any self made barriers to greater success, and doubling or triple your annual income from online marketing.

Q.)  A third Question is often, "HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST". 

A.)  As to cost.... well... You get what you pay for. If you only want a few bucks worth of success, I can help you with that! Why don't we do a little something first, and if you like it, we can do something BIG later....

Sometimes I just ask....  How much do you have in your pocket? .  <LOL> 

The best answer is, how much do you want to make?  In business, you have to spend money to make money.  Most of the best agents in the business use a coach to help them improve their performance.  Generally, you will get what you pay for - but not everybody can afford the BIG NAME coaching programs.  I am no Brian Buffini or Howard Brinton.  I am not Mike Ferry either. I don't offer cookie cutter programs nor do I charge like they do.  I don't require a year long commitment.  I can definitely help you improve your game.  If you want to get started with affordable coaching, with no long term commitment, I can help you with that!  Later you might want to graduate to a BIG NAME coach.... Or not.  We'll see.  You may not need all that if you increase your sales with my lower cost plans.
